Labor Pool Employees are assigned, by McKinley Paper, to work in various departments filling Union positions. Rate of pay will increase when you complete training in your assigned department. As a Labor Pool employee, you are a member of the Union and able to bid on Union openings to move into permanent positions.

Shipping

Purchasing

• Able to work with direction from Tour bosses, Senior Operators and Management Team.
• Awareness of and commitment to personal safety.
• Multi-tasking ability.
• Pass a drug screen, background check and physical fitness assessment.
• Will be expected to drive a forklift, training provided.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Exposure to outdoor elements when traveling on foot between facilities.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required and directed.
• Most shifts/departments work 12-hour shifts, 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off. A few departments are weekday shifts only.
